My pledge!!

My pledge to me.
  1. weigh everyday and post my weight here.
  2. Record every bit that goes in my mouth.
  3. stop eating greasy foods. ( no more of my husbands home cooked fries)
  4. start a low impact exercise plan. 
The exercise will have to start slow because my feet constantly hurt and I have tendonitis in my right foot.
I'll have to research some exercises.
